Jamin Puech offers several payment methods: bank card and Scalapay.
All virtual payments are made via secure connection.
Scalapay will allow you to pay your order in 3 installments at no additional cost. This option is only available in France and Italy. After confirming your order details, you will need to log in to your Scalapay account to finalize your payment. If you don't have an account, you can create one on the Scalapay login page before finalizing your order.
You can choose to pay with Scalapay for orders under $1,500 (including shipping).

FRANCE & ITALY
Shipping is free in mainland France and Italy for purchases of 350 € or more (excluding sale periods).
Deliveries will be made by UPS.
You will receive a shipping number by email as soon as your order is placed. After shipment, delivery times may vary from 2 to 3 working days.
During periods of sales and promotions shipping times may be extended.
Shipping costs vary depending on the country of delivery and will be calculated automatically on the page related to the shipment at the time of order confirmation.
Possible customs charges may be applied for orders outside the European Union. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We work with different logistics partners depending on the country of shipment (FedEx, UPS). You will receive an email with the shipping number when you submit your order.
Shipments are made from our warehouse located in France from Monday to Friday.
- Europe: after shipping, delivery times may vary from 3 to 5 working days depending on the country of delivery.
- Overseas: after shipping, delivery times may vary from 5 to 10 working days.
During periods of sales and promotions, shipping times may be extended.
Would you like to make an exchange or a return?
All costs related to returns are the responsibility of the customer.
We will refund or exchange your goods during a period of 15 days after receipt of your order*. Simply submit a request via e-mail to our Customer Service: com@jamin-puech.com
* Products sold during sale periods cannot be returned or exchanged.
The accessory can be changed only after the return and after quality control. The new item will be shipped at our expense.
Customs fees that may apply to an order placed outside the EEC are not refundable in case of exchange or return.
When requesting a return, please provide the following information: the order number and the reason for return.
Returns may be refused if the item shows signs of use.
All exchanged products will be sent to the registered delivery address. This address can be changed by making a request to Customer Service.
For purchases made during the sale period, we will refund the purchase price subject to the reduction provided in that period.
Please pack your accessories securely to avoid damage in transit. We are not responsible for damage caused during the return route.
Jamin Puech guarantees your bags for 1 year after purchase and repair is offered. After the warranty period has expired, our Customer Service Department will remain available for any eventualities and/or needs.
