This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) sets forth the collection and use practices of Jamin Puech, a French Société par actions simplifiée, with a capital of 100.000 Euros, registered with the Registry of Trade and Companies under RCS number 821 018 645 (“ Jamin Puech”, “ we”, “ us” or “ our”) for personal data that Jamin Puech collects from you in the course of carrying out the services rendered to you through the Jamin Puech website available at the following address: www.jaminpuech.com and through any of its web pages (the “Site”).

8. Responsibility
The offered products are in conformity with the French legislation into force. It rests with to you to check near the local authorities the possibilities of import or use of the products that your plan to order. Jamin-puech could not be held for person in charge for the inexecution of the contract concluded in the event of unavailability or out-of-stock condition of the product, of cause beyond control, disturbance or all-out strike or partial in particular of the mail service and means of transport and/or communications, flood, fire. Jamin-puech will not incur any responsibility for all consequential damages because of present, trading loss, loss of profit, loss of chance, damage or expenses.
