At Jamin Puech we are devoted to making things that women can fall in love with. We want you to enjoy this Jamin Puech bag and for it to give you years of pleasure. We take great care to choose only the finest materials for our products but sometimes certain variations of color and pattern may occur, this is because the bags are hand crafted. The detail of the work involved in each of our pieces, requires that you need to treat the product with a lot of care

2- Orders

Our web site allows our customers to order a selection of Jamin Puech branded products directly online at Jamin Puech SAS company, for delivery to the countries mentioned in the list of delivery. All the products on our web site can be purchased until they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks. Errors or changes may exceptionally exist, especially in the case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. However if a product is unavailable after placing your order, we will notify you by email or phone as soon as possible, offering you to order another article featured on our website for replacing it, or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order, you will be reimbursed if your account was debited.

We took a lot of care in the preparation of the content of our website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are accurate at the time of posting the product on the website and that all products are fairly described. Jamin Puech has chosen Afone a leading and secure service provider for the processing of online payments. Jamin Puech may contact you and may require you to provide additional information in order to prevent any act of fraud.

Duties and taxes

Delivery in France and countries belonging to the European Union

The order will be established TTC. The prices include the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any rate change will be reflected on the price of products.

Delivery to the countries outside of the European Union

Additional charges custom and duty charges may be applied by the customs, according to the regulations of your country.
We would like to remind all our UK clients that starting from 1 January 2021, additional charges will be applied by UK customs when you have your goods delivered from the European Union.

4- Delivery time

For the moment, we ship from France to a limited number of countries and this is handled by UPS or Fedex.

Dom Tom and Switzerland

For French Dom Tom and Switzerland, the orders will be delivered with UPS or Fedex services, within a period of 5 to 6 business days.

EEC countries

The orders to EEC will be delivered with UPS or Fedex services, within a period of 1 to 6 business days.

Countries outside EEC- USA and Canada

The orders to European countries outside EEC, USA and Canada will be delivered with UPS or Fedex services, within a period of 6 to 10 business days.

Other countries in the world

The orders to all other countries listed on our web site will be delivered with UPS or Fedex services, within a period of 3 to 12 business days.

These times are indicative and are subject to variations in particular during periods of high demand. We will aim to dispatch the goods ordered by you, as soon as possible after your order has been accepted by us, to the postal address you have given in your order. However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date and your goods may take longer to be dispatched if the products you have ordered are not in stock at the time of placing your order or they are to be dispatched to an address outside of France.

Our shipping service provider will send you an email with the tracking number and the delivery date for your order. For any further information on your delivery, you will have to connect to our shipping service provider’s website

Delivery can only be made if agreed by the client and the payment center of AFONE (payment agreement). Jamin Puech reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous or in-progress order.

Jamin Puech can’t be held responsible for any direct or indirect consequences of an order cancellation or delay in delivery for any reason whatsoever and in particular in case of disruption or postal strike or transport and in general, in case of events beyond our control. The delivery time is provided for information purposes only and any overshoot will not give rise to any damages, refusal of delivery or cancel the order

Any delivery delay over 8 days should be reported to our customer service. Any claim made beyond one month after the date of confirmation of your order will not be taken into account

Please note that we can ‘t deliver any order sent to a PO Box, our provider can’t provide this service.

5- Return and replacement policy

Return and exchange dates

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, we will offer a refund or exchange on an unworn, undamaged item within 15 days upon receiving.

Please indicate in your email the reason why the goods are being returned. All returned goods should be in perfect condition. We strongly recommend when returning items to us you use special delivery services (Fedex or Colissimo for example) as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them in our office

Return address and shipping charges

Return freight charges must be covered by the customer. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be requested within 15 days of the date of your purchase. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Return shipping charges must be covered by the customer .Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Union (EU).

Money refund

Only items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price (shipping, taxes and customs duties excluded) will be credited to your credit card, when we have received and processed your return, ( typically , within 7-10 business days after we have received the item in our office).

Defective product

If you received a defective item, or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service immediately (within 48 hours from delivery).Please supply your order number from the original confirmation email, your email address and your phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our customer service immediately at or by phone at +33(0)1 85 09 28 94.

We won’t ask you to pay shipping costs again in case of exchange. All refunds will be made within 15 days after the return of the parcel. Repairs will be accepted and undertaken free of charge for all faulty bags due to a production problem, up to 1 year after the purchase. A copy of the invoice will have to be sent with the product.

If you purchased your bags over a year ago, we propose a paid repair service. We will of course provide a quotation for approval before any repair. Shipping and repairs will be covered by the customer.
